The Island of Tabarca is presented as a magical environment with complex conditions that are what will define the proposal. The sea, the preexisting constructions and the limits compose a catalog of elements that catalyze the project.

Because the marine environment and the views of the ocean are the main characteristics of the environment, the building, to blend in with it, is placed on the shore and buried. This frees the possibility of observing the horizon from the access square, without any element hindering it, slowly descending towards the module of rooms and hotel that is placed at sea level.
